Lebec County Water District signed a JPA (Joint Powers Agreement) with Tejon-Castac Water District and the County of Kern on January 9, 2018. The JPA is the beginning for parties involved to form a GSP (Groundwater Sustainability Plan) which will manage the Castac Lake Valley Groundwater Basin.
The first meeting of the Castac Basin GSA (Groundwater Sustainability Agency) took place on September 4, 2018 at 4pm.

Lebec County Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
